Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
If you purchased an edited video recording of your order being curated, you will receive a link to your video within 1-3 business days after your order has been delivered (no spoilers!).
Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
At this time, we offer only domestic shipping within the United States. If you are outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please feel free to reach out to us directly at info@curateyourcalm.store for options.
For shipping to addresses within the United States, we charge flat rate shipping fees regardless of product weight. All orders of $100 or more qualify for free Economy Shipping.
Our flat rate shipping fees are as follows:
- $13.99 for Expedited Shipping, expect delivery 1-3 business days after your order is processed and shipped
- $9.99 for Standard Shipping, expect delivery 3-5 business days after your order is processed and shipped
- $7.99 for Economy Shipping, expect delivery 6-10 business days after your order is processed and shipped
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE Economy Shipping.
Order Tracking
All orders, regardless of shipping type, will include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package does not arrive or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly (such as UPS) to find out about delivery details.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@curateyourcalm.store with your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
